We are proud to showcase the NEOM Airport Offices, currently under development as part of our exciting collaboration with AECOM and Al Tamimi & Company. This project embodies our shared commitment to delivering sustainable innovation and is a testament to the future of architectural design in NEOM.

The development features four single-story office buildings, each connected by pergolas that provide shade, collect rainwater, and incorporate integrated lighting systems for energy efficiency. Thoughtfully landscaped with native plants, the outdoor spaces promote ecological balance and minimize water usage, in line with NEOM’s vision for a sustainable future.

A striking latticework, inspired by the NEOM logo, filters sunlight to create dynamic patterns of light and shadow indoors, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and the environmental performance of the building. This design blends functionality, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility, reinforcing our commitment to shaping the future with sustainable and innovative solutions.
