Las Rozas (Madrid) – Renowned architectural firm Cosmos AEC is at the forefront of a major international partnership that brings together Modular Home and Ibrahim Real Estate to develop an innovative luxury housing project in Saudi Arabia.
The agreement, signed at Modular Home’s Madrid headquarters in Las Rozas and endorsed by the Mayor, José de la Uz Pardos, represents a significant milestone in the global expansion of Spanish architecture, with Cosmos AEC playing a central role in shaping the vision and design of this initiative.
Together, the three companies aim to introduce a groundbreaking residential model using the MH SYSTEM, a highly efficient prefabricated concrete construction method developed by Modular Home. Cosmos AEC is leading the architectural and urban planning components of the project, ensuring the development aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and embraces principles of sustainability, innovation, and excellence.
The first pilot villa is scheduled to be built in 2024, with plans already underway for a larger residential development near 📍Riyadh, consisting of over 200 luxury villas. This collaboration not only addresses the growing demand for high-end housing in Saudi Arabia but also strengthens the strategic cooperation between Spain and the Kingdom, paving the way for a more efficient and sustainable future in global construction.
