Built with local materials and deeply respectful of Saint Louis’s aesthetics and urban parameters, the house harmonizes effortlessly with the landscape, offering a refined, exclusive retreat.

Sea Breeze House is designed to maximize natural ventilation, light, and privacy, creating a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. At its heart lies an expansive patio featuring an elongated infinity pool, multiple terraces, and an outdoor dining area with breathtaking views of the beach.
