This year, Cosmos AEC is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Modular Home and Ibrahim Real Estate Co to launch a luxury housing project in Saudi Arabia.

Set to kick off in 2025 with the construction of the first pilot home, this project will feature 200 high-end residences and introduce the MH SYSTEM—a revolutionary prefabricated concrete innovation that streamlines construction timelines while enhancing both performance and sustainability. This is the first project of its kind in Saudi Arabia to embrace industrialized methods, marking a significant milestone in the luxury construction sector.

Every aspect of this ambitious project has been meticulously developed using BIM technology, with technical support provided by Modular Home's office, led by Fernando Garcia.
